Journalists can apply for media accreditation for the ARC Conference 2027 using the form below.

Who may apply
- Print journalists with valid press credentials
- Broadcast journalists (TV/radio)
- Online/digital media representatives
- Photographers and videographers
- Freelance journalists with proven track record
- New media/podcast journalists
- Bloggers with established audience
Required qualifications
- Valid press card/press pass (less than 3 years old)
- Letter of assignment from publisher/editor-in-chief on official letterhead
- Portfolio/samples of recent work (2–3 articles/broadcasts from past 4–6 months)
- Employment verification or freelance contract
Who does not qualify
- Public relations/communications professionals (unless covering as journalists)
- NGO information officers
- Marketing/advertising personnel
- Social media managers (unless credentialed journalists)
- Advocates/activists
- Non-journalistic staff members
Important notes
- All applications subject to final approval by ARC
- Limited capacity may require restrictions per media outlet
- No legal entitlement to accreditation
- ARC reserves right to withdraw credentials for misconduct
